Smooth Zoom Transitions

ArcGIS WebAppBuilder, Google Maps and almost ever other web mapping API has nice zoom in and out transitions. Withe Experience Builder, zooming in and out is choppy scale to scale. Seems so unprofessional, Why would ESRI remove a nice soft feeling map experience is beyond me.
