my esri account connect to my organization

Hi all,

Could you please advise me on how to add or connect a new user to our ArcGIS organization? I am unable to find the invitation option or the relevant tab. Thank you in advance for your help.

Is this organization through your company or institution? If so, you would go here:

First, click Organization:

Then Members:

Next, Add Members:

 

From here, if your Online or Portal is connected through Active Directory, you can add that way, otherwise you can create built-in accounts, do you have these options?
