GIS day 2025 - did not receive promo code

Dear GIS day Team, We are excited to host our annual GIS Day event for 2025. We do see our event point on the GIS Day map. However, we do not think we have received the confirmation email after we registered our event on Nov 19, 2025. Also, we didn't receive the promo code yet.

What should we do?

I am writing to request urgent assistance with activating my account. I have tried several times, but I keep receiving a "code is not valid" error, as shown in the attachment below.

Since my redemption deadline is January 16, 2026, I would appreciate a resolution as soon as possible so I don't miss this window.
