Survey123 AI assistant (image analysis) works on web but not on mobile app

Question

Hi everyone,

I’m currently using the Survey123 AI assistant feature for image analysis. It works perfectly when I use the survey in a web browser, but it doesn’t work at all on the Survey123 mobile app.

Has anyone else experienced this issue? Are there any settings, permissions, or configuration steps I need to check to make the AI assistant work properly on the mobile app?

Not supported in the 3.x version of Survey123 Mobile App only the web form version. A new version is coming, but still a number of months away. Announcing the Next Generation of ArcGIS Survey123

I was able to get this working in connect/field app using the common object detection model but it didn't transfer to the web app.  https://doc.arcgis.com/en/survey123/desktop/create-surveys/smartassistants.htm

Can you clarify what/how you are trying to implement?
