This issue is back and seems to keep happening periodically:
Thank you for your feedback. I've submitted this fix to our data team and it will be resolved with our upcoming basemap release. For other Basemap feedback, including Geocoding, Routing, and Imagery comments, we have feedback apps where you can mark up the map. I've entered this missing lake comment in our Basemap Feedback App.
