AGOL app that allows the public to add images to the web app

Question

Hi,

Which AGOL app allows the client (not me as the web app designer) add images to the web app?

I want the image to be on top of the map with transparency so the client can see the map's base layers.

The images can be jpg or png format

The images can be added and removed by the client.

The client will have editing capabilities to the  web app, but not editing capabilities to the web map.

Thank you for your reply. I want the users of the app (instant app or Experience builder) be able to add media layers.

I do not want my clients edit the web map in web app viewer. They idea is that they will be adding and removing media layers while doing their work in an instant app or experience.

You might be thinking of media layers, which can be added in Map Viewer. https://www.esri.com/arcgis-blog/products/arcgis-online/mapping/announcing-media-layers
