I don’t have access to the maintenance courses while on the student plan

I purchased an ESRI Student Plan but I don’t have access to all the courses in ESRI training, specifically the maintenance courses which is disappointing. M license is active and I received the confirmation email. Do I not have access to all the courses on ESRI? I was hoping to do some of the learning path but they have the maintenance courses and I don’t have access to them

Hi @KetianaOsias , if you have ArcGIS for Student Use, you definitely have access to all e-learning at Esri Academy. You need to sign in with the same ArcGIS account credentials that are associated with your ArcGIS for Student Use account.

For free access to those web courses that are maintenance courses, one's organization must have a qualifying product and be current on their maintenance subscription according to this website - Get Started with Unlimited Esri E-Learning

But there is some good news - the Learn ArcGIS website - Tutorial Gallery | Documentation - has free courses on many of the Esri products including ArcGIS Pro. No login, no cost. One could spend days/weeks going through all these lessons!

the browser goes to e-learning and then stops. There isn’t a place to sign in.
