Just noticed within the last hour today we can't create any new feature layers on ArcGIS Online or save edits to forms, wondering if anyone else is getting this issue? We're getting an error saying 'there was an error while adding this item'.

Are you still having this issue? There were some outages earlier this week that should have been resolved by now. Hopefully that cleared it up for you.
