experience builder OK button

I'm unable to edit an existing Experience as I cannot get past the initial splash screen.

I can't click the OK button and clicking outside this window doesn't work either.  I'm unsure of the version but hope the solution is the same regardless of version.

Here's the click sequence:

1. Click the Page icon in the far left sidebar.
2. Then click the Page Tab at the top of the screen.
3. And if necessary click the name of the Page you want to edit.
