Is the Tutorial for ArcPro, version 3.4, good if we're already in version 3.5?

Is it still worth it to get the Tutorial for ArcPro 3.4 if we're already in 3.5? The book was just released a few months ago, I believe, when 3.5 was released. Our institution upgraded from 2.9 to 3.5 just recently so I guess I don't really know how different 3.4 would be from 3.5.  I also have a personal ArcPro edition (with latest version). A more general question too is how far along from a tutorial for a certain version is it not really worth using? 

How do authors predict when to release a book with rapidly changing versions?

Also, is the book worth it if I've been using ArcPro for a few years? I am not a super advanced but rather an intermediate user.

you should be fine for a while.

For every version, there is a page that list the major/minor changes and additions for the released version, for example ...

more importantly, when a tool/process is to be deprecated and removed, you are given a versions notice

so you can assess whether any proposed impacts affect you workflow.

As for any book, if it focuses on principles and not keyboard-pokes, then it will last for many years.  If you require detailed instructions on how to do something, then keep up with the tutorial and course offerings
