From ArcGIS Field Maps, the application is updating automatically, and when it is restored, the offline areas are not showing up.
This is happening on several devices like in a cascade, and when they reopen the app, only the assignments are visible but not the offline areas that were created.
What happens is that, for example, in my case it hasn’t updated and hasn’t done it automatically, but for those who did get the update on Android field tablets, afterwards only the assignments appear. We know that the offline areas are stored locally, but we don’t know how to restore them so they can be visible again.
From the assignments that remain now, we’re also told that besides losing the offline areas, the app does not allow them to generate new areas either.
