Change y-axis of histogram in ArcGIS Pro

Hi everyone

I made a histogram of temperature data in a raster: 

The y-axis shows the number of cells with a certain value and is absolute. I'm trying to find out how to change the y-axis to the percentage of cells, but i did not find any solution..

Has anyone an idea how to change? Thanks in advance!

histogram transformations can be applied to the x-axis variable but none exist for the y-axis
