Draw Widget in Sidebar Instant Apps

Our organization uses Instant Apps Sidebar template frequently for different use cases and viewer/editor apps. We would like to see the Draw/Sketch tool available for Instant App Sidebar. I believe it exists currently in the Atlas template (not sure which others) but Sidebar typically fits our needs the best and having a draw tool would be beneficial for our organization.

@Tiff we added support for text to the draw tools for the Basic app in last nights ArcGIS Online update. We plan to add support to Sidebar in a future release.

Thank you @KellyHutchins! I just realized I have the Instant Apps matrix bookmarked, which has been updated but I was mistakenly looking for "Draw" instead of "Sketch" so I didn't find it in here at first. Very helpful update / resource! Thanks again!

We added support for Sketch tools to the Sidebar app in the June 2025 update of ArcGIS Online so you should be able to enable it and use it in the app now. More details are here.
