Does ESRI have an off the shelf schema or template for feature class/table for tracking water customer complaints? I need a way to track the locations of customer complaints and the subsequent response by my utility such as inspection, findings, actions taken to remedy legitimate issues, etc. Even a schema/template for other customer complaints like sewer would be good too.
Specifically I would like feature classes or tables I can integrate into my enterprise SDE. Thanks everyone!
