Ownership Based Access control check fails for admins and layer owners

Editing/deleting features as an admin or layer owner on layers with OBAC fails when using the 200.5/6/7 .NET SDK. I have tested with the JS API and it works fine there. When trying to delete the feature an error is thrown. Here is a screenshot of the issue recreated in the sample app:
