What am I missing, can't seem to find a way to enabled and disable layers in my Dashboard

I have built a Dashboard using a Map that incorporates a couple of Feature layers. The layers are static from an Excel worksheet and Dynamic from a geoEvent feed. The list box on the left side is over the dynamic feed and works great, even has a search bar, and click to zoom.

My question is how do I toggle the various layers on and off? I can do it in the Map Viewer, and I can do it if I build an Experience Builder Page. But I can not find the option / Widget to do it in the Dashboard.

Am I missing it, or is it just not there?

Click the three dots in the upper left corner of the map element and the gear icon to open the configuration dialog

The map's Settings dialog includes a toggle for Layer visibility

Thank you for your response, But I don't seem to have a settings dialog and Properties Dialog does not have these options --

This is in the Dashboard map element configuration, not the web map.

So I open the Dashboard for Editing and it's not there either --
