Instant App pop-up prompt to sign into ArcGIS Online

I have an embedded Instant App map on a website that has recently been showing a pop-up message prompting the viewer to sign into ArcGIS Online. The map's privacy settings are set for public viewing so I'm not sure why this is occurring when it's never been an issue before.

Any ideas or suggestions?

I know you mentioned you have your app public, but are all attached layers and other information public as well?
