So I have an Experience Builder application with a number of Layers and functions that work fairly well. But while I have tweaked it, I did not build it.
What I would like to do now is add an option to launch a Survey 123, or another data collection tool if it would work better. The Survey would be used by a "Dispatcher" to collect information from a caller and populate a table. When the initial entry is complete, the Survey would be submitted, and a webhook would be fired that would send off an SMS to the caller. The SMS would include a URL for a simple additional form, and when submitted, it would update a couple of columns in the initial table. Also, the "Dispatcher" may need to call up the initial Survey and update the form.
Is what I describe doable, or am I way off base with my conceptual flow and the pieces I need?
