Experience Builder Share Widget functionality

The Share widget has a checkbox to share URL parameters, which works if you uncheck the short URL option. I may be misremembering, but I thought that when you shared a link from Web AppBuilder, it would remember which layers you had turned on. Experience Builder's share widget does not do that. Can anyone elaborate on what the Share widget is supposed to do and perhaps if there are plans to expand its functionality?

In your application settings, your URL parameters may need to be configured to pass on settings like extent, scale, layer visibility, etc. from the share widget.

The Share Widget should have the same options as we had in the old Web Mappin applications. I especially miss the "add a marker"

Glad it worked! Also, back in June Esri added the allow to restore state option like WAB builder used to have.
