When you add a folder or GDB to a Project, do not scroll the Catalog contents.
Sometimes a job folder has multiple folders or GDBs I want to add to a project.
Currently you browse to a folder, add the folder to the project, wait for Pro to finish its random scroll, scroll back to where you were, add other stuff you want.
Expected behaviour:
Add a folder. Catalog doesn't scroll around, allowing you to then add anything else you need.
