Map and App Gallery

Is there a replacement for an App called MapandAppGallery where I can point to a GROUP or something that will read the contents of that GROUP and create links or cards to those contents... 

Below is an old version that stores Map Templates, Map Packages, Feature Services, etc

1. If you click a map package it downloads automatically
2. If you choose a Feature Service it opens in the app and you can click back to the original page with all the cards.

I see there is one in Instant Apps called Category Gallery but there are no settings... the map opens but no option for a legend... its so striped down almost useless... 
Is there another option that actually has config settings to make it useable.
The older options also auto downloaded the Map Packages etc.. .doesn't seem that this is there anymore.
