Mail delivery failed

I have installed ArcGIS Monitor in a standalone server machine within the network and registered all components. Metrics are working fine.

ArcGIS Monitor version is 2023.3.1 in ArcGIS Enterprise 10.9.1

Finally, we have configured the email with smtp.office365.com:587 with StartTLS encryption. However, sending a test Mail delivery failed with error message “Mail command failed: 530 5.7.57 Client not authenticated to send mail.”

Looking for help/advice on this, please.

The "Client not authenticated to send mail" error suggests an issue with the outgoing mail server (SMTP) authentication. Please ensure your firewall or any security software is not blocking the SMTP server connection. Otherwise, I suggest you check with your IT Dept for further assistance, as they would have a better understanding of the specific SMTP configuration.
