Add Telecom domain network

I upgraded ArcGIS Pro to 3.5 to try to create a telecom domain network but i did't find the Add telecom domain network tool in the Utility Network Toolset. I just found the add domain network tool , how i can create telecom domain network with new update circute managmennt

Good day @abderhman97 The telecom domain network is currently in beta and is not available outside of the Early Adopter Community. The beta program will be available shortly and we will update this thread with an invitation once available.
