UK Data Loader - Apply COU to Existing Topogaphy data not progressing

Recently I've been having issues with the UK Data Loader (v 7.3.1) when trying to apply COUs.  The initial supply load process works fine, but the COU workflow just hangs after picking up all the files.

I thought it might be a data issue so I ordered a new full supply and loaded that without issue, now I'm coming to run the COUs I'm getting the same issue.  One thing I've noticed is the full supply build isn't adding the "orders" table to the geodatabase.  This previously was a way of seeing what orders (i.e. full supply and subsequent COUs) had been processed within that database.  That table isn't there..  maybe thats key to running the COUs?

Anyone else seeing this issue or knows how to get past it before I raise a support call?

Hi Anne,

I believe there is a known issue with UK Dataloader which the Product Development Team are aware of.  The workaround for the issue is to apply an Attribute Index for TOID to each of the Feature Classes and then try applying the COU again.  To add the Attribute Index, right click on Feature Class, select Properties>Indexes>Add Attribute Index.  Within the next window select TOID.
