Rotate the grid in all directions (not only around Z-axis)

The grid should be able to rotate freely in all directions. Currently, it can only rotate around the Z-axis, which aligns the X and Y axes.
We frequently work in 3D space and need to be able to rotate the grid freely in space.

It should be possible to align the X-Y plane of the grid to a plane in 3D space like in 3D CAD.

The grid is set to automatically default to the x and y axis but you have the ability to set the location of the grid while also setting the z axis of the grid.

ArcGIS Pro wasn't really intended to mimic the capabilities that are found in other CAD programs like AutoCAD or MicroStation so it has some limitations.
