Enterprise deployment Survey123 Limiting File Sizes for Attachments

Question

We installed Survey123 on our Enterprise 11.3 deployment.  Created a survey for staff which includes a couple questions asking for pictures.  I have the file size in the question at the maximum of 20 MB but it won't allow me to actually upload anything bigger than 1 MB or so each (haven't tested the actual limit, but that's what I had to test with).  Two 2.5 MB pics won't even go.

So, is this a bug, or is there another configuration setting that we can use to allow larger attachments to match what the form says it can handle?

You know, the person I made the survey for was "eh, the pictures aren't even that important, we'll see if it becomes a problem".  😂 Super, glad I researched it for hours... But I do thank you for your update, I will keep that extension issue in mind if we come up against it again and see if that makes a difference in our org.

Hello! Are you still having this issue?

We are at 11.3 and I thought that it was a file size issue when we had files failing to upload, but I think that we have narrowed it down to an image extension issue. We can successfully upload .jpg files but not .jpeg files of the same size.

We haven't had an issue with .png files. Not sure if this is the same thing you are facing, but this is what our troubleshooting has found.

I'd be interested to hear if you have a resolution since you posted this!

Hi ! @KimberlyMeinert  ! 
We are trying to install on 11.3 and keep getting an error message Error: Invalid Portal Credentials. Please Check Username and Password and Try Again. 
The tech assigned to our case is stumped 😞

Can you tell me more about your deployment experience? We have portal and server and web adaptors on separate servers. I am using the correct credentials but perhaps we are using the wrong URLs to associate portal to the new website.
