Hi All,
I had a request from a friend needing help with Survey Quadrant Bearing angles so I created a protractor and thought I would share.
Regards,
Tom
@AmirBar-MaorThanks sir.
That does help but most of the users dealing with the submitted maps that I created this for are not operating inside esri products beyond web viewer access. We are a small county so still take in surveys via printed maps.

In that case, this might also be a good source:

Hi,
Questions are always good.
I created it as a teaching aid for staff getting used to working in quadrant bearing coordinates off of legacy paper maps and newly submitted records of survey at the County.
When new metes & bounds survey deeds come in this helps them to visualize the angles. Is N72E more north or east...
@ThomasHoman Thanks for sharing.
Dumb question...Did you create it to use with paper maps? Hang on the wall to get the new user used to the quadrant bearing? or as an image to insert in a layout? Other?
