Launch Quick Capture form Survey123

Question

Hi

I am trying to understand how to configure my Survey123 Connect form to enable field workers to launch the Quick Capture application from the Survey123 Application.  All I want is that once they complete the Survey123 form in the Survey123 app on their phone/tablet they click a link that will open the Quick Capture app on their phone/tablet. I spent the afternoon searching the internet and I can't find anything that explains how to set this up/what I need to do in my xlsx form to make this work. All I can find is that I have to add the Quick Capture url as a label in a note field - this does nothing. Can somebody please tell me exactly what I need to do/set up in my form to make this work.

Check out these pages on integrating QuickCapture and Survey123 with other apps. The QuickCapture one gives you the link formatting and how to activate certain QuickCapture actions. To add a url as a clickable link in the note field in Survey123 you will need to format it in html using Link Title format. You may or may not need to encode your URL, and the Survey123 integrating with other apps tells you how to do that.
