This is currently not supported by SDK.
Any progress on the issue?
Without blending will hillshade not work very well. We tried and it do not look good.
We are releasing raster layers to the Flutter SDK per my comment.
But if it is the vector tiled layer blending you are really requesting, then that is not available in any of the Maps SDKs now, per the other community post you have linked to above: https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-runtime-sdk-for-ios-questions/layer-blending-for-native-sdks/m-p/1330991
So there is no change in that status and no difference in availability in the Flutter SDK. I will share with the planning team that you have again requested this feature.
so this will work?

Hi there,
We have added Raster for the upcoming 200.7 release, so you would be able to apply a HillshadeRenderer to rasters/image services.
From the links shared above - is it more vector tile based hillshade effects you are really asking about?
