Need help with geocoding addresses

Hello,

I am working with PHI data (medical records) and would like to geocode the addresses without arcgis online. I am working with ArcGIS pro. Previously with arcmap, one could use the address locator files to geocode street addresses in the US. Due to patient privacy reasons (HIPAA), i am unable to use arcgis online and the credits to geocode addresses. I have found a partial solution using TIGER files of address locators from 2010 onwards. However, the computing time is in days for about 80,000 addresses to be geocoded.

I would like to find out if people have run into these issues and what were the workaround it.

I would suggest loading your TIGER data into a file geodatabase and creating a new locator to match your table of addresses to it.

Thanks. I downloaded state locator fiel from TIGER/census and for some reason, arcgis pro does not load that file

Also, if you are using an old locator it may need to be rebuilt to work well with the version of ArcGIS Pro that you're using.
