There is currently no method for telling ArcGIS Monitor to send an alert notification only after the alert hits a certain duration. And when using the collection notification type, there is no way to tell ArcGIS Monitor to only send notification for Critical alerts. It would be great if the criteria for custom notifications could be extended to include these options, and maybe others as well. Here is an example that is currently not possible: send notifications for Critical alerts on components that have a specific label and have a duration >= 10 minutes.
