Print widget not reading a layer in Web Map

Hi all,

I have enabled the Print widget in my experience builder. All works well expect it doesn't read one particular layer in the Web Mapp it's connected to.

The layer in question is a fairly large point dataset. 

Can anyone advise possible reasons for it?

Any advice would be appreciated.

Are you using a custom print service with your print widget?

Do you have Developer Tools enabled in your browser to see if any errors are being thrown - most likely 400 or 500 type errors in red?

Have you checked ArcGIS Server log if this is part of your enterprise GIS?
