Select by location multiple polygon

I need you help...

I work for a city with 200,000 parcels for single family home. I also have  a feature set with 60 or so polygon of neighborhoods. What I want to do is somehow figure out which parcels are in each neighborhood, instead of doing it one by one.

Any suggestions
