"when a record updated ","Fetch Update" ,"GetAttachment URL" and "GetAttachment" seems not to be working

Hi community I am try to get attachments from my feature layer to a mail and sharepoint all the connects seems to work expect "GetAttachment" and "GetAttachment URL" they are unanle to work with "when a record updated " but works perfectly fine with the survey 123 connector power automate flow.JPG
