Calculate Travel Cost Analysis Failing - Help

Question

Hi,

I have setup two layers.... One for all employee post code locations and the other for the site location.

I am trying to run analysis using calculate travel cost between layer one (multiple points) and layer two (single location) and it fails to run.

If i reduce layer one to a couple of locations it runs fine, the moment i start to add more locations in for all employees it fails. How do i see why it fails, what is the troublesome datapoint potentially, any advice would be appreciated.

Might use ModelBuilder to iterate through the employees, run the analysis one by one, and merge the results at the end.
