Problems with layer disappearing in QuickCapture app

I’ve added an ArcGIS Server web service to a web map for a QuickCapture project. Occasionally, the layer doesn’t appear in the QuickCapture app, even when it’s enabled. Strangely, it sometimes starts working again without any changes on my part. Does anyone have insights into why this might be happening? Could it be that the map is too complex for QuickCapture?

While I don't believe what you're experiencing is related to the complexity of the map, we need a better understanding of its configuration and what platform/devices you are using.

Please raise this as a support case. The support team can replicate your configuration and attempt to reproduce the issue.
