Does anyone know how to stop this effect when turning lables on and off via the Layer widget? It only flashes like this for a second, but is very noticable.
Hi Tonghui,Yes I do. What info would you like me to share? I create this layer from a CSV export in ArcGIS Pro and upload it/ overwrite it on AGOL. The same thing happens when disabling the label option in the webmap and within EB.

Thanks Ke.In my web map there is no issue, that I can see. The lables beneath are hidden untill zoomed in to allow more space. Could you give me any more info as to what to adjust?

You need to address the issue of overlapping annotations in the map viewer first.
