How to use tpkx as basemap in jsapi 4.31

Question

I try to use tpkx file as basemap in esri js api 4.31 ...and convert it to bundle format as 'tile/L00/R0000C0000.bundle' folders from L00 to L18 .. but I can't convert it to format {z}\{x}\{y}.png to put them on iis and enter them as url and then use them in jsapi 4.31 as tile layer

Hi @EngMohammadAmrat, not 100% sure, but it looks like you can package a tpkx file specifically to host in AGO for tiled basemaps:
