Experience Builder print widget issue with imagery

Question

I'm encountering an issue with the print widget in Experience Builder when using a specific imagery map service layer (published via image server). When I try to print the map with the imagery layer turned on, the printout doesn't include the imagery; instead, it shows a checkerboard pattern. I've attached the map for reference.

Has anyone experienced this issue before? Thank you.

This bug seems to be reproducible only with some specific data.

Can you share this layer with me? If you cannot share it, can you contact our Support team to help reproduce your issue?
