Hover over single-segment line to get angle from north

ArcGIS Pro 2.9.5

I have single-segment lines (2 vertices) in a line feature class. I want to hover the mouse over a given line; a tooltip would display the angle of the line from north, positive numbers clockwise from north (0 degrees).
