VTPK not displaying info-window in ArcGIS Pro 2.9.1

Question

Hello,

I have created a vtpk with the Create Vector Tile Package (Data Management) in ArcGIS Pro 2.9.1.

When I import the .vtpk in my map, there is no info-window that opens when I click on a feature.

Is it normal? I thought that vtpk includes the data as well as the geometry.

I found out that only attributes that are specifically requested will included in the vector tile pack. If your lines or polygons include labels, then the label field would be there. Attributes that are configured as "highlighted" in the field configuration in Pro will also be included.
