ArcGIS Pro 3.3.2 stopped displaying north arrows with correct magnetic angles

ArcGIS Pro 3.3.2 has stopped displaying north arrows with correct magnetic angles.

A work colleague produced a map and created a custom compass rose with True North, Magnetic North and Grid North all present. The arrows all aligned to 0 degrees instead of the correct values.

I checked an APRX from a previous project from last year which had a correctly functioning compass rose and it is also failing to draw correctly now.

Is this a new bug in the Pro application, or is there something else happening that could cause this?

Thank you for reporting this! This is actually not BUG-000172739 for ArcGIS Pro which is a 3.4 bug. What happened here is magnetic north is calculated using NOAA coefficients. There are new coefficients for 2025-2030. We are actively working on the best way to get these out so magnetic north works properly again.

Is there any chance of a patch to fix this so we don't have to wait (and upgrade) for 3.5 to have a fix?

Hi Aubry,

Thanks for updating this for us. Looking forward to getting this working again. We have a number of projects that require this functionality, 1 of which is a set of map series with 100s of pages where we really don't want to have to set each compass rose manually.
