ArcGIS Pro and CSVs on S3

I have a S3 bucket with quite some CSVs and FGDBs and have created the acs file ArcGIS Pro.

The connection is successful as I can see folders but unfortunately I cannot see any csv when I am accessing the acs file. The files are even set to public.
