I had the privilege to publish two articles in the January issue of the American Public Works Association’s (APWA) magazine, APWA Reporter. This issue is dedicated to Technology. This article on The Most Important Part of Technology Projects is People, aligns with our Path to Geospatial Excellence pillar of Engagement. In the article I discuss the roles of People, Process, and Technology, as well as the concepts of Digital Transformation, Change Management, and Technology Adoption.
