Created a parcel viewer experience with a public notification option. Initially public notification would allow the export of the selected parcel data, however the export option is no longer there.
The feature layer was set to allow export:
I wonder if the parcel layer settings have been changed to no longer allow export. Is this a feature service you maintain?
