Layout Template Group in ArcGIS Online

Esri provided a beta version of making custom print layout templates available from the Map Viewer in ArcGIS Online.  After following the Configure custom print layout templates directions in this help document the custom templates I made are not visible as template options when I'm printing from Map Viewer.

Does this feature work with an existing print service, or does that need to be blank so the default print service is being used?

These templates are from our print service and not the Layout Template Group

Hi @MaryU,

You may have missed this because it's noted above the instructions, but you need a Professional or Professional Plus user type to print using custom print layout templates.
