Hi all, our print function seems to be down today with experience builder. I tried clearing my cache, opening the application in a new browser, etc. None of those actions worked. Is there some hidden workaround i could do?
thanks GJ
I got it to work. Just add to take off the old layers and re-add them. It worked when i did that. Thanks for the help everyone!
Are there any error mssages being thrown in ArcGIS Server Manager for that print service that might provide more information?
Have you reviewed developer tools in web browser when using the print service to also gather information on what is the problem?
Yes still the same thing
Have you attempted to create a new print service in your upgraded environment as a test?
@GeorgeJonesRIGOVThe print widget uses a print service to work where the others dont. I think that either its not turned on or your org has a custom print service on that widget.
Its weird. All my other widgets are working. Its just the print one.
Hey George,
If you recently upgraded and own the print service then I believe this will need to be republished with a specific version of ArcGIS Pro. I would consult the following documentation for deciding which version of ArcGIS Pro you will need. There were a lot of changes in the move to 3.0 so hopefully this fixes it.

@GeorgeJonesRIGOV The print service could be turned off or not configured for your new portal. I would assume your upgrade is the issue.
Enterprise. We recently got an upgrade and was wondering if that was the case.
@GeorgeJonesRIGOVIs your experience builder on AGOL or enterprise?
