Best devices for recording elevation data

Hi Louise,

We use Trimble GNSS receivers for collecting accurate vertical and horizontal data (specifically DA2's). Having the unit mounted to a pole lets technicians easily place the tip (or end of the pole) at the location they wish to collect. Let me know if you have any more questions about this process.

I would recommend Arrow "EOS" Units, we use them in our setup and work pretty well with Field Maps.
