Fields scrambled after editing

Question

Whenever I edit my layer using the Edit Ribbon in Arcgis pro I can delete a shape. But then whenever I hit "save edits" the data in the fields gets scrambled.

If I have Field A, Field B, Field C

half the data from field B will merge with Field A, the data from field C will move to field B and Field C will be empty.

I have updated Arcgis, downloaded a new data set, created a new project. Nothing seems to fix his issue.

This is really odd and not something I've seen before.  First I would recommend completing a soft reset of ArcGIS Pro.  Is it possible to share the data with me for testing purposes?  My email address is rleclair at esri dot com - thanks!

Does it actually scramble the data or is it just a graphical bug? Like, if you close and reopen the table, does it fix it? If you remove the layer and re-add it, does it still have the problem?
