Point Properties window have a strange “next” order

Using the Tab key of the keyboard to go through all the elements of the Point Properties window, it seems that the order is not the right one.

This is with ArcGIS Earth 2.3.0.4289. Older versions of ArcGIS have a more straightforward order : 

1. Name
2. Y Coordinate
3. X Coordinate
4. Altitude
5. Etc.
